He also played a key role in the development of the UK\u2019s offshore wind sector and was awarded an OBE in 2022 for services to UK\u2013US offshore wind collaboration. Today, as a Professor in Practice at Durham University Energy Institute, he continues to support clean energy innovation through leadership, advisory and academic roles in the UK and internationally.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">His participation further strengthens a distinguished programme that will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers and innovators to discuss the technologies shaping a more sustainable future.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Registration is now open.
