The organisers of the IV<\/span> International Roundtable on Technologies for Sustainability<\/b><\/a> are pleased to announce that the<\/span> Nuclear Industry Association (NIA)<\/b><\/a> has joined the event as an Institutional Supporter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organised by<\/span> MBY Consultants<\/b><\/a> and<\/span> The FuturED Institute<\/b><\/a>, with the support of the<\/span> International Green Trade & Commerce Association (IGTCA)<\/b><\/a>, the Roundtable will take place on 21 October 2026 at the historic<\/span> Maryculter House Hotel<\/b><\/a>, near Aberdeen, Scotland.<\/span><\/p>\n

The addition of the NIA further strengthens the Roundtable’s growing network of institutional partners and reflects the importance of cross-sector collaboration in advancing sustainable technologies and achieving long-term environmental and economic resilience.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the trade association for the UK’s civil nuclear industry, the Nuclear Industry Association represents more than 330 companies across the nuclear supply chain. It promotes the development of safe, reliable and low-carbon nuclear energy while supporting innovation, skills development, research and collaboration between industry, government and academia.<\/span><\/p>\n

With countries seeking practical pathways to achieve net-zero emissions, nuclear energy is increasingly recognised as an important complement to renewable energy sources, contributing to energy security, industrial competitiveness and the decarbonisation of electricity generation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The participation of the NIA will bring valuable perspectives to discussions on clean energy, technological innovation and sustainable industrial development, enriching the multidisciplinary dialogue that has become a hallmark of the Roundtable.<\/span><\/p>\n

The IV International Roundtable on Technologies for Sustainability will bring together entrepreneurs, investors, academics, researchers, business leaders and policymakers from the United Kingdom and abroad to explore how innovation and emerging technologies can contribute to a more sustainable future.
