FUTURED JOINS THE COP29 IN AZERBAIJAN

London, 26 November 2024 – FuturED proudly participated in the twenty-ninth edition of the Conference of the Parties (COP29), held in Bakú, Azerbaiyán, from November 11 to 22, 2024. As part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), this event serves as a pivotal platform for global dialogue and action against climate change.

Representing FuturED, Founder and Director Juan Francisco Dávila y Verdin, FRSA, attended this landmark event, showcasing the organization’s dedication to sustainable education. Focusing on preparing the next generation of leaders through innovative learning programs, FuturED introduced initiatives to integrate sustainability education into global curriculums. Additionally, FuturED emphasized the role of technology and data analytics in tracking and reducing the carbon footprint of educational institutions.
